Data Collection and Purpose Specification
We collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using our different HR services. You will be asked to provide personal data when completing our ‘contact us’ form.
We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations.
The Personal data collected from you may be processed by us to enable us to contact you by electronic mail, post or telephone to communicate details of our services
Should you become a client of HR Net Ltd we will hold employee and company information on our secure servers for as long as you continue to use our HR services. Information will be transferred between HR Net Ltd and your company either via email with password protected documents.
If you no longer wish to use the services of HR Net Ltd, any information on your company will be retained for a period of 6 years after the date of termination to comply with our legal obligations.
We ask that all our clients disclose in their employee privacy notices that their personal data may be shared with HR Net Ltd, as a third party.
We may from time to time contact you via email regarding additional services that we offer in our suite of service provision.
On occasion we may transfer data or information about your employees with a third party legal representative. This will be on a specific case by case basis and only with your consent prior to the information being shared.
